Payment:
Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover Card. Checks
and/or cash is accepted only upon office approval.
Gratuity:
You may tip your staff member additionally if you wish on your card
or in cash after your treatment. If you would like to tip on your card
please let our office know the next day or by email.
Travel Fee:
We do not charge a travel fee. If you are out of the area we will
negotiate an appropriate charge with you.
Reservations: Please

recommend scheduling your services in advance.
Cancellations: Please
cancel 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges. All cancellations and
appointment changes made less than 24 hours of the first scheduled
appointment will result in a 50% charge. Packages and Day Events need to be
canceled within 72 hours (3 days) notice to avoid a 50% charge. Not calling
and not showing for any service will result in a full charge.
Parking:
If parking is a problem please let our office know so they can better direct
your professional. All valet and parking fees are the guest's
responsibility.

Health
Conditions
If
you have any of the following please inform our office or professional prior
to receiving your treatment: pregnancy, mobility impairments, physical
ailments, allergies, recent surgeries, high blood pressure, heart
conditions, heat sensitivity, diabetes or other medical conditions. Also,
if you are ill with cold or flu symptoms services may cause your symptoms to
accelerate and, if contagious, may place our professionals in an unhealthy
environment. If illness is detected, alternate treatments or rescheduling
may be necessary. Please let our office or your professional know in
advance to better serve you.
Age
Requirements:
We
service guests from 14 years or older (parent or guardian must sign their
release of liability paperwork and health questionnaire). Services for
anyone underage require an adult present at time of service.
Refusal of
Service:
Our staff
is very professional and will not tolerate intoxication, sexual advances,
inappropriate language and/or drug use while in their presence. If an above
incident occurs, or anything else unprofessional, we do reserve the right to
discontinue service and charge you a full fee.
